Owned and operated by Permanent Makeup Artist, Nicole Neumann, she has over two decades of experience, hundreds of hours of training, dozens of certifications and is fully licensed and insured. Nicole is a Phi Brow Artist and has perfected her techniques; she works tirelessly to fulfill every client's expectations. WE ARE COMMITTED TO HELPING YOU LOOK AND FEEL YOUR PERSONAL BEST. We are highly experienced in a variety of application methods, color selection, design options, health considerations, and are prepared to discuss what’s right for you.
