Your mannequin + clips + combs are provided, so you’ll be able to learn and practice hands-on throughout the class. Twelve12 professional product kits will also be available separately.

How often should you actually use the Dead Sea Mud Mask? It really depends on the current condition of your hair.

The model in this video has weak elasticity from mechanical damage. In her case, a lot of it came from consistently pulling her hair back into ponytails while it was wet.

Your hair is more vulnerable when it’s wet. So when you’re repeatedly stretching it, pulling it back and putting tension on it in that state, over time you can start to see breakage, weaker elasticity and areas that just don’t spring back the same anymore.

So this is where the frequency of your strengthening treatments matters.

Weak elasticity / recovering hair: about every 3 weeks
Healthy hair / maintenance: about once a month
Very healthy hair / minimal buildup: periodically, as needed

Remember, you still need MOISTURE. Strengthening and hydration work together. I wouldn’t just keep doing protein treatments back-to-back without making sure the hair is being properly hydrated at same time.

Once you start seeing better elasticity and your curls are springing back more consistently, you can begin spacing your treatments out. Make sure to adjust the frequency as the condition of your hair changes.
