When I FINALLY get around to coloring my own hair!
I’m getting too old for this sh*t!
I color my hair twice a year typically…sometimes 3…..sometimes only 1…..
Here’s how I get away with this….
1. Probably a little bit of the painters house is never painted
2. I do not over think my grays. My kids are amused by them. My husband is into them and my clients never see them bc they’re above yalls line of sight.
3. I really like a natural look, easy, effortless
4. Sometimes I have to do a really in depth color probably every 18 months to bring everything back up and add more dark and just get it back in a place to coast with minimal touch ups. This takes time and effort. And going cross eyed!
5. I AM NOT THIS INFREQUENT ABOUT HAIR CUTS! HAIR CUTS are probably every 12 weeks for maintenance and I baby my hair.
DONT GET ME STARTED on how most females don’t get trims as often as they need them….bc they’re afraid to lose length but the truth is, you lose length from not getting trims….a story for another day.
