Valerie Breaux, LMT

✨ BIG NEWS! ✨

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll officially have a space at The Haven! I can’t wait to begin this new chapter and welcome you all into my new space.

Stay tuned for more details, services, and booking information! Something exciting is coming! ✨💆🏼‍♀️

Meet Valerie Breaux, LMT!🌿

Valerie is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a proud mom of two, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others feel their best.

As a mom, she knows firsthand how easy it is to put everyone else's needs before your own. That's one of the reasons she believes so strongly in making time for yourself.

Her massage style focuses on relaxation, comfort, and helping clients step away from the demands of everyday life. She offers Swedish, prenatal, and infant massage and is always excited to continue learning and growing as a therapist.

Whether you're coming in for a little peace and quiet or simply need an hour where someone else takes care of you for a change, Valerie wants you to feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

We're excited to have Valerie Breaux, LMT as part of The Haven and can't wait for you to meet her!

A place to exhale.🌿
