A little massage therapist confession…

Not every massage needs to be deep tissue. 👀

Sometimes your body doesn’t need to be “worked on” — it needs to slow down.

Sometimes the best part of your massage is realizing you haven’t unclenched your jaw, dropped your shoulders, or taken a deep breath in hours.

So whether you want your muscles worked out or you just want to completely switch your brain off for an hour…

I’ve got you.

Something new is coming to mornings drift DAY SPA!

Introducing drift SCULPT — an intimate morning movement experience blending yoga-based flow, mobility, and Pilates-inspired sculpt.

Led by local fitness instructor Amber Breaux, each 50-minute class is intentionally limited to just 6 guests, allowing for personalized instruction and a more elevated, individual experience.

And because we believe wellness should feel good in every way… stay afterward for a mimosa, a little connection, and a beautiful start to your day. 🥂🤍 We will be offering $10 off any facial or massage to class attendees all day Tuesday and Thursday!

Tuesdays + Thursdays | 6:30 AM
$30 per class | Only 6 spaces available

Our first class is THIS TUESDAY, and reservations are officially open.

Move. Breathe. Strengthen. Then stay awhile. 🤍

“90 minutes was not enough.”

Okay, I’ll take that as a pretty good review.

There’s nothing better than hearing that someone left my table feeling both rejuvenated AND relaxed — especially when they came in hurting.

Thank you so much for trusting me to take care of you. 🌿

If 60 minutes always seems to fly by… maybe this is your sign to try 90. 😉

I only have 2 appointments left available between now and next Thursday! 👀

If you’ve been putting off that massage, this is your sign! 💆‍♀️

📲 Message me to grab one, or book through the link in the comments before they’re gone!
