Charles began his yoga journey more than 25 years ago, with an early foundation in gymnastics that first introduced him to the discipline, strength, and precision of physical practice. He later completed an intensive 500-hour teacher training at the renowned Kripalu Center in Massachusetts, establishing a foundation for continued study in yoga, massage therapy, Ayurveda, and complementary approaches to movement and wellness.

Over the years, Charles has pursued additional training across both Eastern and Western traditions, gradually developing an integrative teaching style shaped as much by experience as formal study. Having taught in studios across the country, he brings a broad perspective to the practice while remaining attentive to the individual needs and abilities of each student.

His classes blend thoughtful alignment, strength, mobility, and breath with an appreciation for yoga as something deeper than physical technique alone. His approach is grounded and engaged, encouraging students to explore both the intelligence of the body and the quieter dimensions of practice.
