Eat nourishing foods and avoid excess media,⁣⁣

• elderberry, echinacea, propolis, chaga ⁣and reishi mushrooms ⁣⁣
• leafy greens, citrus, and homemade broth⁣ • lemon balm, kava, or cbd for the nervous⁣ system ⁣ ⁣
• rose for the heart ⁣⁣

⁣Most importantly, try meditating, even for 10 mins a day. Observe your breath coming in and out. Thoughts will rise, let them come and go and simply don’t cling on to them. Be neutral and soft. ⁣⁣
⁣This planet is always giving us signs to tune in and take care. Be safe and smart and keep your vibrations high. ⁣⁣
