We will be working very close together in a 2 stylist salon, so compatibility is a must. I am a holistic stylist, using clean organic hair products and color line.
I’m looking for someone who shares similar values in organic, clean products and work ethic.
The space would be well suited for a stylist, colorist, barber, and or extension specialist. There is also the possibility to accommodate a lash or brow artist.

Things have been a little quiet around here, but I have gone anywhere. Just been busy with a little something new!
Earlier this year I found out I was pregnant with my second baby, a boy, due in December!
I’ve been busy growing him and taking care of my loyal guests. I’m still behind the chair working hair magic and I’ll be there till December 9th. More posts and updates to come!

How is lived-in color different from traditional color?
Lived-in color is a technique and a way of placing color as well as choosing color formulations to extend the life of your color, allowing you to go much longer between appointments.
I personally do a variety of lived-in techniques. Sometimes it’s foils, sometimes it’s hand painting, and yes, you can achieve a lived-in look on hair that is one color.
Got some sparkly grays? You can still do color and or highlights and not be locked into color every 4-6 weeks. Many of my guests see me about every 8-12 weeks for their color.
I believe hair should be fun and easy, not a tedious time commitment keeping you from doing life. If you are looking for solutions to maintaining beautiful, healthy hair as well as enjoying the benefits of color, I’m your girl!

Spruce is not your average hair salon. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can have a stress free hair experience. Decor, refreshments, aromas, music, and the booking process has been carefully chosen to ensure you feel right at home. This is a come as you are hair space.
I will often begin my appointments saying to my guests “Ok, tell me everything “ and I’m not always talking about hair. Hair struggles, life struggles, hair wins, and life wins. Getting to know you helps me to do my job better.

Ever wondered what was really going on with your scalp?
A few minutes with my scalp microscopic can help us to dig deeper to learn what’s going on. I mainly use this tool for my hair loss consultations, but I’ve been known to break it out during a regular hair service such as the Healing Haircut to see the before and after of the scalp.
