Happy September Skin Shop friends!
🍂 This will serve as my official notice to all that September will be my last month open for 2022 as I take some much needed time off this Fall and Winter. This is not goodbye! This is a planned sabbatical as I shift gears to prepare the next phase of The Skin Shop.. operations, location, staff, etc. Not to mention personal juggling of home, family, and managing of our other demanding family business! There is never a good time to make the break and it was difficult to pick an official cut off date, which I realize may be hard for many of my continual clientele.. especially if we were making great progress on your skin health journey. (If you’re still in need of coaching we will stay in touch and I can give referrals) As many of you are aware The Skin Shop is only a one-woman-show, so taking time to regroup on these points is necessary for this next season.
If you still have an unused Gift Certificate I will most certainly honor these upon reopening!
Thank you to every single person who tried out The Skin Shop, recommended me to a friend, wrote a review, bought a gift certificate, or came in monthly for treatment! I didn’t know what to expect when I first opened January 2021, but the response was tremendous, and I appreciate all of the support!

It's time to go back to school here in NE Tennessee for students, teachers, staff... and parents too! Time to put your best face forward this school year with skin care for the whole family. Back to school facial specials are now running through September 3rd. Kid's facials for ages 6-12 are just $29! Customized Facials for teens and adults are just $50! Thursdays evening hours have been extended until 8:00 pm for your convenience and Saturdays are availbale as always starting at 11:00 am! And don't forget about 10% Military discount that can added onto that for active duty, verterans, first responders, and VA employees. Schedule using the booking tool or message me for assistance.

Hi Skin Shop friends! Just wanted to make this come across as light and upbeat as I can without beating anyone down. I have updated my Appointment Policy which I encourage everyone to review before booking an appointment going forward. I greatly value and appreciate every guest that I see in my shop whether new or returning, continual since my opening in 2021 or one-time visitor with a gift certificate. Having said that I feel it's necessary as of lately to give a refresher on the Skin Shop's operations, and new additions to the policy to ensure that things run smoothly so that I can continue to offer my services to all. I understand that there can be uncertainties about schedules, not to mention last minute sicknesses that occur. I just ask guests be mindul that a good deal of work goes into preparing for each appointment, and that a last minute cancelation effects me greatly as I cannot always fill the spot. No shows are not acceptable. For these instances I will be implementing the use of courtesy fees going forward, should the guest wish to return to the Skin Shop. Thank you in advance for being respectful of my time as I work hard to serve your needs at my small business!

Appointment Booking: Guests can book services on Facebook using the Book Now feature. Message me for booking assistance especially when trying to select multiple services. *No early arrivals* Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your scheduled apptmt time & wash your hands first thing upon entering. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy: If you must reschedule your service please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled apptmt time. I'm happy to accommodate your scheduling needs and do understand that some circumstances are out of your control. Refunds are not given for unused pre-paid services. The value must be used during your scheduled apptmt time.
For Last Minute Cancellations: (Same day & less than 24 hours) A courtesy fee of 25% of the scheduled services will be applied. Clients with multiple last minute appointment cancellations will unfortunately no longer be seen at The Skin Shop.
For No-Call-No-Show: First occurrence may be dismissed at my discretion based on the circumstances. A No Show fee of $35 is due prior to rebooking a retun appointment. Second occurrence will result in the inability to book further appointments at The Skin Shop.
Refunds: No refunds shall be given for services rendered either in part or whole, including pre-paid packages, or gift certificates. Once services are performed payment is due at the time of service.

Book your Prom Makeup with The Skin Shop. Special Occasion Makeup is only $65 JUST FOR PROM SEASON! Full application for photo-finish makeup includes strip eyelashes (many in selection). Get ready for prom either individually, or with a group in The Skin Shop's private spa, area includes: makeup counter, waiting area with couches, treatment room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Lashes & Brows! My lovely clients’ eyelashes were sticking almost straight out before her lash lift and now they have a nice and gentle, swooping upward-lift! 😍 While the lash perm was setting her brows got a color boost with a custom-mixed natural brown tint using Henna Brow! These subtle beauty enhancements make a huge difference. For the next 6 weeks, no more brow pencil needed and mascara will apply like a dream, making her lashes appear longer and fuller!

Trust.The.Process! My skin clients already know.. your skin care only works IF you USE it consistently and follow my recommended plan for your skin and get your regular facials and treatments. It’s a process. Some results happen more quickly than others, however results will come if you’re faithful to see it through.
