Your skin needs nutrients girls!

But can we talk about potassium for a second?

Because if you’re dealing with constipation, bloating, water retention, fatigue, or stubborn acne, low potassium intake might be part of the puzzle.

The wild thing is that most people think of potassium and immediately think “banana.”

Meanwhile, bananas aren’t even close to the highest source.

Some of my favorite high-potassium foods:🥔 Potatoes🍠 Sweet potatoes🥑 Avocados🍉 Watermelon🥥 Coconut water🫘 White beans🍅 Tomato paste🥬 Swiss chard

And here’s why it matters:

Potassium helps your body move fluids where they need to go. When you’re not getting enough, things can start feeling... stuck.

Including your digestion.

So before you spend $60 on another supplement for constipation, try adding a couple of high-potassium foods to your day and see what happens.

Not medical advice, just a reminder that sometimes the basics are more powerful than we give them credit for.
