Reiki level 2, complete 😌✨
Since August 2rd, I’ve done around 50 reiki treatments(!!!) and today I received my attunement for Reiki 2.
Huge shout out to Matthew & Carrie Maggard at Yoga Farm! They are both wise, radiant people who love to share their knowledge.
Matthew is the Reiki Master. I trained with him for both levels, and I plan on taking level 3 and 4 with him when the time comes. (And I’m looking forward to taking Carrie’s Sound Healing class as soon as I can!)
Matthew is an excellent teacher with a broad range of understanding, including the science behind it. He’s very inclusive and encourages everyone to create their own unique practice, incorporating Reiki into one’s life and existing practices rather than trying to adopt someone else’s. There’s no rigidity to his teachings. As a very eclectic person, this is important to me. He is very fluid and has a calming, peaceful presence. His lessons are clear, concise, and coherent.
Matthew even created these awesome booklets which are detailed and well organized!
In Reiki 1, He goes over the history, multiple schools of thought, and hand placements. Very thorough. Then in Reiki 2 today, we learned the symbols. (Which sounds like it wouldn’t be as intensive, but did, in fact, take 8 hours)
Matthew and Carrie have also been supportive of me between these two classes, (so basically all of August) answering any questions I had as I began my journey as a Reiki practitioner. 😌🙏
I’m so grateful to have connected with them and I’m so excited to continue collaborating with them!

If you have already had a session with me, please consider leaving me a Google review 😌🙏(for Salt Spa)
A Google review for Salt Spa I earns you a free infrared sauna session! 🔥
Infrared saunas incorporate the healing benefits of red light therapy and heat therapy, with a dry heat rather than a steam. Highly recommend! ✨
✨ COMPLIMENTARY REIKI ✨
For the month of August, enjoy unlimited, FREE Reiki at Salt Spa!
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing which works along the energy meridians within the body. ‘Rei’ means divine light, and ‘ki’ means energy or life force. Reiki practitioners channel this divine light, intuitively guiding it where it is needed. It is spiritual in nature, but universal in its application. All walks of life are welcome. 🙏
During a Reiki session, I will balance your chakras and bring your light body into alignment. This promotes coherence across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self.
60 min and 90 minute sessions available!
I look forward to seeing you. 😌
