I'm a huge fan of anything that lets me shut my brain off... and facials are at the top of the list.
For 60-90 minutes, there's no emails, no laundry, no to-do list, no endless notifications—just quiet, relaxation, and someone taking care of you.

Being a parent, showing up at work, making time to work out, eating well, keeping up with friends and family... it's a lot. Some days it feels like there's never enough time to do it all.
But one thing I've learned is that if you don't make time for yourself, no one else can do it for you.
For me, "me time" doesn't have to be extravagant. It's 20 uninterrupted minutes every morning and every night to do my skincare routine. It's a simple act of caring for myself before I pour into everyone else.
No matter how busy life gets, don't forget to make time for YOU. Even if it's just 20 minutes a day.
Because you can't pour from an empty cup.
