Generalized anxiety disorder
Mild PTSD
Panic Disorder
OCD
Possible ADD/ADHD

That seems like a huge mountain to climb! That’s a lot of stuff to dig out!
I don’t like being on meds!
I don’t like counseling/therapy!
I’d rather keep suppressing!

There was a time in my 20s where I almost quit! Like quit quit!

But somehow I knew God didn’t want me to! And I am not a quitter!

So I fight! I fight for Nate and for the girls…..for me, and for God!
