Weigh ins will be 5-8 pm Monday at FWA GYM. After Monday virtual weigh ins will be accepted weekly until final weigh in on Nov 20

As a reminder Donnie classes are Mon -thurs 6:30-7:30pm

I have only lost a little over a pound, but I have been holding myself accountable for daily workouts, & have increased my protein intake. The scale I have detects muscle mass and mine hasnt changed, I see a difference in my body hoping in 5 more weeks, I will have more muscle tone and maybe a few abs 😝I love this group and this challenge. You all inspire Donnie and I to do better. Afterall being fit is a lifestyle, keep embracing it!

Here is Our 5th week results, I didnt post updatesfor the last weeks bc for the most part with super bowl and then Valentines….there were minor setbacks for most. You all kept it moving and here is from week one til week 5.
