Enjoy one of our apiary’s sweet treats! Our comb honey is 100% pure and raw, straight from the hive.

Comb honey is unique being that there is absolutely no processing that takes place. Empty containers are put into a hive, the bees build out the comb and fill it with honey, the containers are removed, covered, and labeled. That is it! And just like our other honey products, our comb honey contains its natural beneficial enzymes, nutrients, and medicinal compounds.

The comb itself is completely edible (100% beeswax) and goes great on crackers, toast, cheeseboards, or is delicious just by itself!

Please be advised:

Honey should not be fed to infants under the age of 12 months.

With our unseasonably warm March the ladies have already started bringing in pollen! These early season sources most likely being from maple buds 🍁

Though it’s great to see the girls out flying, early season pollen will stimulate the queen to increase egg production which can potentially lead to starvation if hives are low on food stores.

At this time of year I am usually feeding hives sugar bricks every two weeks until temperatures allow for a syrup feed to help them until nectar sources become readily available.

We still have plenty of honey from the 2023 season and will soon have nuc and queen orders ready for customers until supplies last! 🍯 🐝
