For The Health of It: Reiki

This is my cousin who is currently in Ashville. She's a beautiful soul working so hard to put her life back together. If you feel uncomfortable giving to big charities, please, send a few dollars to my cousin directly. This is a very hard working woman who is never in this position!

Yesterday I got a haircut and it's slightly different. I loved it while I was sitting there, LOVED IT. Then I got to my studio and I was like, "I don't think I actually like it." The haircut is great, the color is great, but I felt like I couldn't pull it off because I'm too old. I needed a change. Change is what shakes us out of our comfort zone, even small change. So, this is 50, with a little bit of sassy fringe. And I decided, I do love it and that's my final answer.

Or natural healing... or forging mushrooms... or why the government is messing with us...

Wishing would have realize this when my kids were little.

Note to self: It is not profitable to my soul to beat myself up about the past. I did what I did, I was who I was, of course I'd fix it now if I could, but I can't so focus in making the future the best it can be.
