was established in 1990 and is family owned and operated by Catherine Waterman, Owner/President and Lorence Waterman, Program Director. Our philosophy: Tender loving care & respect for our elders

Our goal: To fill our members days with activities and to provide respite for their care givers. Autumn enables physically or cognitively impaired adults to maintain an independent, active, and social lifestyle. It provides our members with a safe, structured program in a "Club" atmosphere to enjoy their day. It answers the needs of families who are struggling to maintain their careers and home lives. It provides families with a reasonably priced, guilt free, long term health care program. Autumn' s nurses monitor blood pressure, pulse, diet, medications and general health of our members daily, weights monthly. The C.N.A.s can provide personal care; such as toileting, showers and nail care. The activities are designed to strengthen the mind and body. Some examples: range of motion exercises, crafts, games, music, socialization and outdoor activities. For financial assistance Autumn maintains contracts with the Illinois Department on Aging, Office of Rehabilitation Services, and the Veterans' Administration. Adult Day Care may be covered under long term care policies and may be a tax credit under "child & dependent care.
