Jamie has been practicing since 2013 and certified for over 5 years. If you’ve ever stepped into his heated or unheated classes, you know he creates a space that is entirely judgment-free. His #1 piece of advice for beginners? “There is zero comparison in the room. 💯”

We always want to help your soul SHINE, but on May 30th, it was more of a collective beam! ☀️ Looking back at these Soulcial highlights, we see the incredible ecosystem of people, music, and food that makes up our Soul Shine family. We are a supportive place to try new things, like our $5 Fridays, unheated/heated yoga, or reformer/mat pilates, but we are also a supportive place to just be and connect with amazing people. 💚
