This is an announcement we never wanted to make.

As many of you know, our aesthetic consultations are completely FREE. We believe consultations are an important part of providing the best care possible because many clients come in thinking they want one service, but after discussing their goals, we often discover a different treatment may be a better fit. This personalized approach allows us to recommend what is truly best for you rather than simply scheduling a requested service.

Over the last several months, we have seen a significant increase in appointment no-shows. We understand that emergencies happen, and this policy is not directed toward those situations. However, appointments that are simply missed without notice have become increasingly common.

Like everyone else, we are experiencing rising costs and increasing overhead. We are also working hard to accommodate every client who wants an appointment, which means every appointment slot matters.

When an appointment is missed without notice, it impacts our providers, our business, and other clients who may have been waiting for that appointment time.

Therefore, effective July 1, 2026, Rejuvenate NEA will implement a $25 No-Show Fee.

Any appointment missed without notice will be charged a $25 fee to the payment method on file.

We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of our small business. Our goal remains the same as it has always been—to provide exceptional care and service to every client who walks through our doors.
