Miles for Mom: A Journey Toward Health

When my precious mom found out the severity of her health problems some years ago, she put in much effort to become healthier. Through lifestyle change and a medication regimen, she DID experience a higher quality of life and health. Sadly, despite her efforts, on 8/30/22, her earthly body gave away. Mom no longer has the opportunity to achieve better health, but I do. In honor of Mom, I will go on this journey toward health. I will go the Miles for Mom.
