THIS. This is why I love my job so much. 🥹❤️

Of course I love doing hair. I love a clean fade, a fresh cut, and seeing somebody look in the mirror and immediately feel better about themselves. But messages like this remind me that what I do goes so much further than just cutting hair.

Knowing that one of my younger clients is out there bragging about me, telling his friends I’m amazing, explaining what I do and basically saying “you’re missing out”… 😭😂 Y’all, my heart.

I get to watch these kids grow up. I hear about their school days, sports, girlfriends, drama, accomplishments, and everything in between. I get to build relationships with people and hopefully give them a place where they feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of.

You never really know the impression you leave on someone, especially a kid. So finding out that I’ve made enough of an impression for him to proudly tell his friends about me means more than he probably realizes.

I don’t just love what I do. I love the people I get to do it for. ❤️✂️

And apparently I’ve got a pretty good little marketing team out there working for free. 😂😂
