Cut Loose Salon

Today was bittersweet. 💇‍♀️💛

I packed up all my salon things and worked my last day at Cut Loose Salon.
I started there in April 2022—nervous, unsure if I could make it doing booth rent again- after relocating again.
Diana was so gracious to let me ease into it with a daily rate, then part time, and eventually full time. I’ve had such a great time doing hair and have made so many wonderful friendships along the way. 🥹💕

Saying goodbye is definitely not easy, but I recently stepped into a full-time role as the Children’s Director at Diamond FBC—and with Diana selling the salon, it really feels like God is gently nudging me to close this chapter and fully focus on building His Kingdom.

Please pray for me as I step away from hair and fully lean into this new season. God is so faithful, and while I may not have expected this shift, His plans are always better than our own. 🙌💒

👉 If you have an appointment scheduled with me after August 1st and I haven’t touched base with you yet, please message or call me.
👉 If your appointment is before then, don’t worry—I’ll be finishing out the month at a friend’s salon in Diamond. 😉

I wanted to jump on here and make a post letting everyone know that I (Tina Coleman) will be enforcing my Cancellation and booking policy this year to ensure my business runs as smoothly as possible for myself and my amazing clients!

**Cancellation and Booking Policy**

Effective January 1st, 2025, the following cancellation policy will be enforced for all appointments:

1. **Booking Deposit**:
To secure an appointment for any service valued over $25, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

2. **Cancellation/No-Show**:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least **48 hours prior** to your scheduled time to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.

3. **Rescheduling**:
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least **48 hours in advance**. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. **Late Arrivals**:
Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and if the appointment is missed due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.

By booking an appointment with Tina, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

*Note: This is ONLY Tina Coleman/clients- This does NOT effect anyone else in the salon as we are all our own employees and we Booth Rent!
