It is reflected in the amazing guests that visit the salon everyday, the (might I say) FaBuLouS team of stylists you’ve assembled together beautifully, and…most of all… your giving, kind and selfless nature. I know I speak for all of us when I express my gratitude, admiration and love for you both! ❤️

Hello friends!

As you all know there is a certain virus going around that is pretty nasty! We want to make sure we are doing our part to keep our customers, AKA friends, safe! We have included the steps we are taking to try and combat this issue as much as we can.

1. If you are sick (Ritz Team included) you are not to enter the building. This is to keep you and our team safe, so please make sure to adhere to this. Each Ritz Team member has the right to determine if a client is sick and will kindly ask you to reschedule if you show symptoms that make them uncomfortable. Again, this is for your safety and theirs!

2. Every person to enter the shop (Ritz Team included) is to immediately wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water.

3. Each station is to be sanitized between every customer and Ritz Team members are to wash their hands with soap and water between each customer interaction.

4. Common areas such as the waiting room and dryer chairs are to be sanitized after each use.

5. Each night we will take steps to sanitize the common areas and restrooms.

Hopefully if we all pitch in and do what we can to help stop the spread of this virus, it will soon be under control. We know this is a scary time. We love all of our friends and Ritz Team members! We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation!
