A friendly but important reminder of my appointment policies. When you book an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies, so please take a moment to read through them.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running even a few minutes behind, you MUST contact me directly to let me know.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. This allows me to respect the time of the clients scheduled after you.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 40% cancellation fee.

❌ NO-SHOWS
Not showing up for your appointment without contacting me will result in the applicable cancellation fee and may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments.

🚨 EMERGENCIES
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If an emergency comes up, contact me directly as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.

🤎 PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and excessive lateness directly affect my schedule and my business.
