I am starting to book everyone’s appts for when we reopen. Please be patient with me as I have ALOT of guests to reschedule. If I haven’t been in contact with you since all of this has started and you need an appt please contact me. Also, please understand that I can’t get everyone scheduled in on my first day of opening back up, not even my first week,two, or even three. I am rescheduling in the order of which I had to cancel everyone. Things will be hectic for awhile I’m sure, but let’s all just be happy we can FINALLY open!

🤜 Everyone is required to come to your appt with a mask
🤜Call or text me when you get there and wait in your car. I’ll come out to get you when ready.
🤜I can’t double book at this time. So family members will have to schedule separate appts
🤜Remember to please be patient. You might have to wait a few minutes.
🤜If you are sick please stay home.
🤜If you feel you have been in contact with someone sick within the last 2 weeks please stay home
🤜If you are looking to change your hair or do a big change please please please let me know so I can allow extra time for it
🤜Please respond promptly to your text or phone call from me when I’m offering an appt time. As I can’t hold a spot longer then 2 hours. It will be offered to the next guest in line. I have a lot to reschedule and I can’t hold appts at this time.
🤜If you are needing to cancel your appt once you reserve a spot I ask for 24 hour notice. If not given a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of your appt cost in order to book a new appt. (I have to do this in order to keep my books running smoothly)
🤜100% charge of appt goes for ANYONE who no shows their reserved time with me. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED.
🤜And once again PLEASE BE PATIENT

As of last night Gov. Kelly announced that salons will be apart of Phase 2. May 18th will be our soonest opening date. As of right now I will not be booking till it gets closer to that date, just Incase we get pushed back any further! I will reach out to all my clients soon!! Thank you all for being patient and not going after your own hair!! 😜 I miss you all so much and can’t wait to get back to you all!

It comes with heavy hearts to have to announce this, but with what the CDC, KDHE, and Our local health department is saying about Covid-19 and maintaining safe distancing (6 foot) I here at Tangles Salon along with all staff have decided it is in our best interest to follow the guidelines and close the salon temporarily. We want to make sure we keep ourselves, our families, and guests all safe during this time. This is effective immediately until April 2nd, 2020. I will be reaching out to everyone individually to get you rescheduled for a later appointment. Thank you all for your understanding through all of this.
