When we first opened last year, we sold maybe 3 cheesecakes a week with maybe 3 flavors. Now in March, we're making 18-20 cheesecakes a week with over 20 rotating flavors. That is so amazing and thank you all so much for supporting us!

I'm back from vacayyyy...well been back, but went MIA cause I've been sick alllll the way since January smh...but the show must go on!!!
2026 is going to be all about getting this asthma back under control, taking better care of myself, strength training and over-haul lifestyle changes. Yes I intentionally typed over-haul and not overall.
It's imperative for small biz owners because we are our own self regulating machine and when it goes down, income goes down, clients, might leave, the days and weeks after being sick are packed back up.
There's gotta be a better way.
