We are excited to be re-opening on May 18th,(unless the governing officials decide otherwise due to safety concerns),we are starting to book everyone’s appointments.
Please be patient with us as we have ALOT of clients to reschedule. If we have not been in contact with you since all this started and you need an appointment please contact your stylist or nail technician. Please understand that we can not get everyone in on the 1st day of opening back up, not even the first week, and could take up to 3 weeks to get caught back up. We are scheduling in the order of which we had to cancel the appointment . Things will be hectic for awhile, but we are simply happy we can finally open! There are some guidelines that we will be using and ask everyone to please follow the requirements.
👉 You must have an appointment by phone. Please do not enter the shop to schedule an appointment. Call the shop 785-210-2601 or your stylist or nail technician.
👉 Everyone is required to wear a mask.
👉 Call or text when you arrive and please wait in your vehicle. We will come to the door when we are ready for you.
👉 We can not double book at this time. So family members will have to schedule separate appointments.
👉 Please be patient. You might have to wait a few minutes.
👉 If you are looking to change your hair or do a big change please please please let me know as I can allow extra time for it, ( this is same for color corrections).
👉 Please respond promptly to your text or phone call from us when offering an appointment time. We will hold the spot for 2 hours then will need to offer to the next client. Each of us have a lot of appointments to reschedule and can not hold time slots.
👊If you are sick, been in contact with someone who is sick, or have been out of the state/country for the past 2 weeks Please! Stay home!
✋If you are needing to cancel your appointment once you have been scheduled we need a 24 hour notice. If not given a 24 hour notice your will be charged 50% of your appointment cost in order to book your next appointment. If you wake up sick please call your stylist or nail tech immediately. ( exceptions to this policy will be case by case. Do not come to the shop sick!)
✋ No Shows will be charged 100% of their appointment time. No Shows will have no exceptions to this policy.
👉 And again PLEASE be patient.
