Title: Your Feedback Keeps Us Growing 💅 ✂️
Hello, I’m Mai the owner of Capital Hair and nails. We want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to every guest who takes the time to share experience with us - your voices truly shape our salon family.
To our loyal clients: your continued trust in our team is what keeps our small Alaskan salon thriving. We love seeing familiar faces come in for their favorite stylists, colors, and nail designs, and it means the world that you've chosen us year after year. You inspire us to keep pushing our creativity and keep your self-care days something special.
To those whose visit wasn't what you expected: we're genuinely sorry we didn't meet your standards. Your experience matters deeply to us, and we take your feedback seriously. Whether it was timing, service, or quality, we want to learn from it and make things right. Please reach out directly or stop back in — we'll do everything possible to turn it around. In Alaska, good vibes and strong community go hand in hand, and we're here to listen and improve.
Every review — glowing or critical — helps us keep growing, refining, and celebrating what we all care about most: making you feel beautiful, confident, and cared for.
From all of us at Capital Hair & Nails, thank you for helping us build a salon experience that's as warm and welcoming as our Alaska spirit. We can't wait to see you again soon, whether it's for a quick polish refresh or a brand-new look. See you soon. 😊

Merry Christmas everyone 😘
