-stop shaving 2 weeks prior to your appointment
-exfoliate the night before
- hydrate hydrate hydrate
- take a Tylenol or ibuprofen 30 mins prior to your appt
- do not trim or shave

DURING
- remember to breathe a tense wax = a more painful wax
- engage in distracting conversation
- remember beauty is pain and it will be over before you know it
- book your next appointment

AFTER
- Avoid saunas, spas, pools, exercise, and S*X for 24-48 hrs
-Avoid direct sunlight
- Avoid tight clothing
-Don't forget to exfoliate 3 to 6x a week and continue to hydrate
