Pretty cool that I get to love my biggest fan and even cooler that he loves me back ❤️ Also swipe to the end to see me finding him in the crowd. My heart just melts.

Tahoe is a wrap and I am thrilled with the package we brought to this competition! This last two years as an IFBB PRO, I have made consistent progress, listening to judges feedback, implementing change, and sincerely giving my best effort more often than not. Regardless of my scorecard, I feel more successful than ever and I am so proud of myself for what I have been able to achieve. It is genuinely the best feeling in the whole wide world ❤️

GRL PWR. 2023 vs 2024. I am shook. I don’t know why today I decided to compare stage photos but I am so glad I did! Sometimes I forget how much I have improved. This little reminder is everything I needed to inspire and motivate me to finish this competition season strong, and with a heart full of gratitude for my ability to follow my dreams.
