For those who don’t know, I’m currently splitting my time between Kona and Maui! 🌺

My other half received a job promotion on Maui, and after a lot of thought, we decided to make the move.

For the foreseeable future, I’ll be flying back and forth between the islands—spending one full week each month in Kona seeing clients and the rest of my time in Maui getting settled and building my clientele there.

So what does this mean?

I’m still accepting inquiries on both islands, but availability is more limited than before. If I’m unavailable for your preferred dates, I’ll happily refer you to some of my favorite artists in both Kona and Maui.

✨ Maui clients: I am currently accepting new clients! Please send me a text or DM for availability.

✨ Kona clients: Availability is very limited. Current clients already know my booking schedule, and I’ll continue posting upcoming Kona dates as they become available.

I’ll also be posting availability updates regularly on my stories and creating highlights soon to make everything easier to find.

Thank you to everyone on both islands for your patience, support, and flexibility during this transition—especially my Kona clients, who have been so understanding while I navigate this new chapter. Your continued support means more to me than you know, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such amazing clients wherever I go.

This transition has definitely been a learning experience, but I’m so excited for what’s ahead and grateful that I get to continue serving clients on both islands. 🤍

I’m long overdue for a life update, but in the meantime, I wanted to share something I’ve been experimenting with lately.

These photos are examples of before + after editing using ChatGPT/AI tools. While AI can create beautiful, polished images, it can also unintentionally change the appearance of the lashes themselves—which, as a lash artist, is the last thing I want.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a balance between enhancing the overall photo while preserving the actual work as much as possible. Even then, some subtle changes can still happen.

I think it’s important to show both sides because social media can create unrealistic expectations for both clients and artists. Many of the flawless beauty images we see online have been edited far beyond what real life actually looks like.

Don’t get me wrong—I love beautiful branding, creative editing, and making photos feel elevated. But I also want my clients to know what my work looks like in real lighting, real texture, and real life.

At the end of the day, good retention, clean application, healthy natural lashes, and customized styling will always matter more to me than creating the “perfect” photo.
