After 9 years, I’m so excited to share my new focus 💕— caring for moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Having my second baby really opened my heart to all things pregnancy, babies, and birth, and I can’t wait to pour that passion into the work I do.

Don’t worry—I’m still here for the whole community too! ✨

Now offering cozy, in-home massage sessions right here in Kailua-Kona.
📅 Send me a DM and let’s get you scheduled!

Did you know that you have more than 650 muscles in your body and that your skeletal muscels make up about 35-45% of your body weight?!

Muscles are all made of a elastic tissue (sort of like the material in a rubber band). Thousands, or even tens of thousands, of small fibers make up each muscle. Each muscle fiber is commanded by a nerve, which makes it contract. A muscle's strength depends mainly on how many fibers are present.

You have three different types of muscles in your body: smooth muscles, cardiac muscles, and skeletal muscles. Muscle tissue is found inside your heart, digestive organs, and blood vessels. They help to move substances (blood, food, oxygen) throughout your body. Muscles do everything from pumping blood throughout your body to helping you lift heavy things.

Muscles are awesome! They do a lot for you. Help keep them healthy with regular massages ;)
