Tip of the Week: Attitude of Gratitude...
Many days we may feel overwhelmed with all the responsibilities of family, drama at work, and life in general. Seize the moment! Make a gratitiude list!!! Tip of the week: Alcohol and fitness
Carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram, Protein has 4 calories per gram, Fat has 9 calories per gram, and ALCOHOL HAS 7 CALORIES PER GRAM!!!
Gram for gram, drinking alcohol is almost like drinking PURE FAT and is considered to be not only a toxin but empty calories, offering ZERO nutrients for the body. Things that make you go hmmmmmm....
Tip of the week: Did you know you can burn more calories doing six 30 second sprints than jogging slow for a whole hour?
