Second recipe for the winter wellness series is fire honey! This is one of my absolute favorite recipes of all time and has gotten so much positive feedback in the past few years that I have made several videos on it already and never get sick of making them. Here’s what you will need: one cup of honey of your choice, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Mix well until blended and then leave it on the countertop and use whenever you need it taking it either by the spoonful or you can add it to your tea or dishes, etc.. one to 2 teaspoons per day, is ideal. Do not use this if you are allergic to honey and also never give honey to babies 12 months or under.
