It’s such an honor to have a piece of Olympic history heading for the walls of our new massage and wellness center before we even opened! Huge thanks to (Olympic gold medalist), Thomas Davis for gifting us one of his own autographed singlets. We’ve shared so many incredible memories traveling the country during his journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of the man he’s become. We are beyond grateful to have him as a lifelong client, a friend, and a true part of the family 🥇✨ Proud of you brother!!

End of an era! 💔 Yesterday marked our very last day providing massages Powerhouse Gym Kalamazoo . It’s been a truly special chapter filled with incredible moments and the making of so many wonderful friendships and client relationships. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you and the shared experiences.

But now, it’s time for a new adventure! We’re so excited to welcome you all into our new space Monday the 17th and continue this journey of growth and wellness with you. Thank you, Powerhouse Gym, for everything – it’s been greatly appreciated! 🙏

The second season of the Kalamazoo Growlers Baseball has come to an end in the blink of an eye! It was another great year working with everyone and we want to thank the Growlers organization for having us, for another year and look forward to more moving forward!!! Huge thank you to Carrie Calhoun for always having us in her training room and allowing us to share in the care of the amazing student-athletes….. One of my biggest moments was honestly being asked by Cody Piechocki for a picture for 4th of July this year, he has some of the most amazing locker room talks that could motivate anyone let alone can hit home and make anyone relate! Thank you for always sharing those because they even hit home with me the first year without you even knowing it so it meant a lot…… The people in this organization continue to amaze us day in and day out on how much they care about everyone involved! Everyone that was involved athletes and staff thank you for another great season from us to each and every one of you!!!!!
