I keep seeing a trend of “Neapolitan” Hair and I want to try it! Therefore, I’m looking for a model. I have the colors, and will give 25% off whoever decides to do it! You have the option of all over or a peekaboo. I will also add in tinsel to make it pop!
- Must already have lightened hair.
- Must agree to follow proper hair care instructions for fashion colors. IE: rinse and wash in cold water, not washing everyday, using color protecting shampoo and conditioner.
- Must be 16 years of age or older!
- Can not do different colors
