✨ WE’RE HIRING – FRONT DESK COORDINATOR ✨
Do you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating an amazing guest experience? Our salon team is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join us!
💇♀️ What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones, emails, social media messages, and bridal/wedding inquiries
• Welcome and assist walk-in guests with exceptional customer service
• Book appointments and manage service provider schedules efficiently
• Utilize cancel lists to fill openings quickly and maximize schedules
• Assist guests with retail products and special orders
• Learn salon software for inventory, checkouts, and guest management
• Support stylists and service providers throughout the day
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, spa, kitchen, and common areas
• Open and close the salon, including front desk duties and end-of-day procedures
• Perform hourly “hot laps” to ensure the salon stays guest-ready
• Download and organize reports from POS systems and Google Drive

• Has strong communication and multitasking skills
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Loves working with people and creating positive experiences
• Works well in a team environment
• Can anticipate salon needs and jump in where needed
• Is comfortable learning new software and systems
