I love ARCHITECTURE 💋
My Italian grandfather was an architect came to the US at age 25 having studied architecture in Rome
I belong to clubs that show the magnificent homes of the gilded age … many have been torn down to make way for apartments… I get it … once Taxes were put on these gorgeous homes even the wealthy could not afford them … but rather than tear them down repurpose them … I remember before 9/11 when I was working in lower Manhattan… I would go to various Facial laser locations to boast there sales as I was announced as the “ guru of skin “ and at that time CVS and Walgreens were repurposing old banks as there store … I thought it was BRILLIANT… beautiful marble … exquisite entrances and high ceilings with intricate staircases to the second floor… such a marvelous idea 💋
To tear down a building with beautiful architecture to make way for a glass box ( that’s what these new buildings look like to me ) truly hurts …
YOU WILL NEVER SEE BUILDINGS MADE LIKE THIS again … EVER …. There are no artisans alive today who would or could unless you paid them a fortune who could reproduce the architecture of the gilded age
I owned a landmark townhouse in New York City … it took me 10 years to restore it to its original glory
It was a true labor of love … luckily I had an artist friend the late Lawrence McGowan who spent hours , days at my home and restored the broken cherubs on the mantle of the Louis XIV th room … aside from Larry I was blessed to meet other fine artist who also contributed to the restoration of the 19 rooms in the home … when completely restored I opened it up to charity events and it made the cover of the House and Garden tour twice was photographed for an Italian magazine and I had numerous parties there that those attending will never forget.. always catered , open bar, champagne fountain and live entertainment and of course the incredible Larry McGowan on the keyboards playing everything from Show tunes to Sinatra with an open mic for all the singers at the parties
I have often been asked how I achieved all this … I work very hard … I set a goal for myself and I direct all my efforts to achieving that goal … life is what you make it … if you do nothing… nothing will happen… I don’t depend on anyone
I am self sufficient… have been … most of my life … I made up my mind and say
SOMEDAY … then direct all my efforts into making it happen 💋
I have many more things I want to happen in my life … I just keep setting those goals and each time the bar is raised higher … God willing I will achieve one of those goals this year 💋
I am writing this because I was asked to participate in
International Women Day
I will be interviewed and it will be videotaped
I never give up on life 💋
What Most people do it they rely on others to help them
Don’t do that … you will almost always be disappointed
Rely on yourself…

A woman came into my Dannique Treatment Office recently :
This is what she said … “ well it was Thanksgiving and everyone was taking photos … I looked like I was 100 … I need to look better … can you help me
I analyzed her skin … and asked her what have you been using on your skin ?… she said basically NOTHING
I told her it looks like total neglect
I explained to her that after a certain age if you do NOTHING … the results are you don’t look good … THATS A FACT 💋
She said she looked older than her husband and she hated that
So I told her she needed some basic Dannique Skin Care products and that I would recommend Fast Tracks treatments but if her budget wouldn’t allow treatments that many customers get Dannique products and that just using them would give results as there are many all over the US that are no where near a Dannique Skin Care Treatment Office that get great improvement just using the products
When I totaled the cost of what she needed that would last 9 months to a year she said “ Oh I could never spend that much on myself “
But she told me she paid for a trip her grandson took after graduating high school
We all have priorities in life …
However if you are unhappy about the way you look after a certain age
The solution will involve spending on yourself
Considering how long Dannique Products last …. it’s a bargain compared to commercial chemical products …
If you want to look good you have to invest in yourself … and it’s really not that much money … instead of that expensive coffee drink everyday which is so high calorie … save the money and get something that will actually show a difference on your face
It’s all priorities

In my NYC OFFICE I have women that had low paying jobs BUT they knew their face was their calling card and they would make sure they looked good
