Hello!!! It’s the real Ramona! My previous instagram business account .ramona was hacked a while back, and I have not been able to recover it, so I decided to move on and start this new one.
I’m sad to have lost all the work put into that account for the last 5 years, but that’s what life throws you sometimes. Also apologies if anyone has been trying to communicate with me through that account; I have no access to it whatsoever.
That being said, I would really appreciate you would share this new account with your friends and to your stories so people know it’s here!
In case you don’t know me, I’m Ramona, a Nurse Anesthetist and aesthetic injector in southeast Iowa. I love what I do and take pride in providing natural looking results. I have locations in Kalona and Washington, IA, and do additional Botox events from time to time as well.
Outside of my career, I am married to my high-school sweet heart and we have 4 beautiful kids that keep us running! Life is full and I’m very thankful for it all.

Hi there! I've been telling clients as I see them, but just wanted to mention to the Facebook world that I will be changing my normal day at Eden starting on June 14! Instead of working on Saturdays, I will be there every other Tuesday from 9 am - 6 pm. This will allow me a bit more time with my family on the weekends, so I thank you in advance for understanding! I tried to make the hours late enough that it can provide some flexibility for people. And as always, feel free to message me if you are having trouble finding a time that works.
My hours at Serenity will not change (every other Friday).

Just playing a little catch up with some before and after pictures! Seeing these sorts of results never gets old. 😍
Wrinkle relaxer results pictures are taken 2 weeks apart with the client animating (raising eyebrows, scowling, or smiling) the same way in both pictures. I offer Xeomin and Botox for wrinkle relaxers. Both work on the same receptor site, however Xeomin is uniquely purified to strip off any unnecessary proteins attached that don’t need to be there.
Filler pictures are usually taken immediately before and after treatment. There may be a small amount of redness/swelling present in after pictures because of this. I offer Versa, Juvéderm, and Radiesse for fillers options.

These cheeks though. 😍 Just beautiful. Cheeks are one of the most amazing and beneficial areas of the face to treat for an overall refresh. We ALL lose tissue/structural integrity as we age and our face tends to fall, creating a heavier lower half of the face. Adding cheek filler is a way to RESTORE what was there before. Of course, there are also those who just naturally have less prominent cheeks bones so age is not the only factor, as you can see in my beautiful model’s young face. 🙂
Cheek filler had so many benefits - it can youthen the face, improve under eye appearance, and improve smile lines and jowls. It does so much!
I’ve been doing cheeks with a hyaluronic acid filler (which I still love), but I am now also carrying another product called Radiesse, which is perfect for cheeks! It is made of Calcium Hydroxyapatite, which provides more structure, making it great for larger and bony areas. It also stimulates the body to make it’s own collagen and lasts 12-18 months!
