I have been off for several months due to funds...but...thanks to my sister...last week she gave me a months supply and i'm back...my weight got down previously to 208 and holding...but I feel good drinking my shake...just want to thank my sister Kehau for the supplies...take care guys and have a great day...aloha,kaleo...

well...went to the dr's yesterday...they did all those tests that they do for diabetics...was kinda nervous as we had famly day the day before and i did not watch what i ate at all...morning was my shake...then we went bowling and i had 2 orders of french fries( @ pali lanes it comes on a PLATE and really good ) and a rootbeer...then off to the movies where i had buttered popcorn and a diet coke...then off to dinner where i had a BBQ mixed plate...so anyways they stick me and draw blood...then they check my blood sugar...then i was in shock..."102"...then the dr walks in and says that he is amazed at my numbers...that number that should be below 9...it was a 7.3...on top of the few pounds i had lost...he said he was very proud of me and asked what i was doing...nothing i replied...i excercise as much as the back allows but only maybe twice a week...i don't watch "what" i eat...but "how much" i eat...and i have my shakes daily...i have never seen my dr's eyes so big...he was really excited at my numbers...so for all you diabetics out there...if you care about yourself..."DON'T" wait...i've only been on about 60 days...supposed to see my dr again in 90days...can't help the excitement i have to see what my numbers will be then...aloha,kaleo...

the wieght is steady still...but my portable table(my stomach) is disappearing...little at a time...thats all fine...best thing is i feel "good" and much bettter...there again...a little at a time...aloha to everyone...have a great day...hope you join soon...mahalo's , kaleo...

hahahahahaha...went to a wedding today...looked at my shirts and was like ugh...then i said hey wait a minute lets see if i fit...ended up wearing an aloha shirt that i haven't worn for over eight years cuz i was too fat...you know like no fit man...anyways it felt good...hehehehehehehe...now i got more shirts to wear...

still hovering @ 9lbs down...but...i think my waist is shrinking...had to re-tie my shorts today...hhhmmmm...making my appt's...getting excited...ok....nuff...goodnite...have a great morning if i miss you...
