Thank you everyone for being patient with me during this family emergency. One thing about being a small business and service provider is we don’t get pto, medical leave, and in most cases don’t have anyone to cover us during an urgent emergency. We typically have to put all emergencies behind us and focus on the job. There’s so much at stake when working weddings and events. For both the client and service providers. Which is a big reason why you see wedding services costing more than an everyday service. Most people see wedding vendors as JUST a service provider and not a human being who happens to fall into normal human experiences. We’re not ai, we’re not perfect, and things sometimes come up.

With that being said, I was lucky enough to not have to miss out on any weddings and events last weekend and only had to reschedule 2 appointments which helped me be present in the hospital helping my mom for the last 4 days. I am super grateful for those who reached out and was willing to reschedule before I even had a chance to! 🫶

Thank you for seeing me as a human who is going through something and treating me with the utmost respect! I am extremely grateful to have a clientele who sees me as more than a service provider. 🥹

.it’s not about being unavailable, it’s about being present. When we are on-site at a wedding, our primary responsibility is to the person who hired us to be there to perform services. If we’re constantly checking inboxes, we aren’t doing the job we were hired to do.

To our amazing clients: We want to give you our absolute best. That means when it’s your wedding day, we are 100% focused on you and not on our phones.

To our incredible industry partners: We love working with you! But if our reply is a little delayed on a Saturday, please know it’s because we are in the middle of executing a wedding for a client who deserves our full attention. We will be back to our desks first thing Monday to handle all your requests!
