Hibiscus makes the most beautiful ruby-red tea, hot or iced. It is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C and has a bright, tart flavor I love. Traditionally enjoyed to support heart health, it is a summer staple in our house. Link in bio.

From our apothecary: Restful Night. Lemon balm, lavender, elderberry, and chamomile with a touch of cedarwood oil. It is a topical, aromatic wind-down. How it works: volatile oils and steam. Volatile, or essential, oils are the light aromatic compounds plants release into the air, which is exactly why you can smell them. Heat and steam carry them, which is the whole idea behind a steam inhalation. You are using temperature to move a plant's aromatic chemistry to where you can breathe it in.
