On August 26, 2022, I walked away from the salon and stepped fully into entrepreneurship. I didn’t know exactly what the road ahead would look like, but I knew it was time to build something of my own.

Today, LocdByRoero has officially been in business for 4 years, and I’m now walking into Year 5. 🥂

Four years of learning. Four years of growth. Four years of mistakes, lessons, boundaries, rebuilding, and becoming the businesswoman I was meant to be.

Looking back at this email reminds me just how far I’ve come. What felt like an ending that day was really the beginning. ❤️
