Gala’s Hair Quarters was formerly known as Damianos, a Barber Shop, originally located on 12th Street for over 25 years. The hair salon was at that time in City Center Square downtown on Main Street in Kansas City for 17 years before moving to the present salon location in the Commerce Bank Building on 1000 Walnut Street, Ste. 209. In September 2009 the hair salon was renamed Gala’s Hair Quarters, after the new Owner, Gala Kelly. The salon now sports an eclectic menu of Hair Care Services, including, beautiful Color & Highlights, Styling, Waxing, and Tanning for men and women.
