People often think that in order to get “all the knots out” that you have to tolerate a painful massage, just grin and bear it because the body “needs” it.

But here’s the thing…

I’m not a “no pain, no gain” therapist, because massage isn’t supposed to be about proving how much pressure you can tolerate. Sometimes your body needs deep work… and sometimes it needs the nervous system to finally slow down and rest.

My goal is to blend my tools and techniques to create a massage that is intentional, therapeutic, and completely customized to you all while creating an environment that you can fully relax in. When you are tense because of the pain, we are going to get nowhere with your session. Healing lies in the relaxation. ♥️

That’s seven years of helping untie knots, easing aches, celebrating milestones with clients, hearing lots of life stories, and probably recommending you drink more water a few thousand times. 😄 (Really just always drink more water…your body will thank you for it!)

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2018, and I truly love helping people feel better! Whether that means easing sore muscles, reducing stress, or simply giving you the space to just rest.

My goal is to make every client feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. No two massages are exactly alike because every body is different, and I tailor each session to what you need that day.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, spending time with my family, or piddling around my backyard messing with my chickens, dogs or veggie garden!
