Currently located at ENVY Salon, I am a professional cosmetologist providing hair and beauty services to clients in the Kansas City metro. I am married to my favorite tattoo artist, Mitch Ashpaugh, and we have two gorgeous little girls named Peregrine (Perry) and Griffin. I enjoy family time, shopping, reading, antiques, and Chihuahuas! I was born and raised in Kansas City, graduated from MU in 2011 with degrees in psychology and sociology, and earned my cosmetology license from Donna’s Academy of Hair Design the following year. I officially joined the hair industry in April 2012, but I have been cutting hair since I was 14! My continued education includes MATRIX C.R.A.F.T., Paul Mitchell men’s cuts, Moroccanoil hairstyles, Schwarzkopf color, Keratin color, and Colorproof product education. I am also Hotheads extension certified and Keratin certified and absolutely love Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and blowouts. In 2014, I became a Schwarzkopf certified color expert, and spent about a year teaching other amazing stylists in the KC area. I get particularly giddy about complete makeovers, but I like unique or natural styles, new and imaginative updos, and bringing life to dull hair. I believe positivity, professionalism, and communication are key components to a relaxed atmosphere here at the salon. I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

📣 I have BIG news!!! 📣
It’s bittersweet, but I have decided to move on from Envy Salon, my second home for almost 10 years. I have always been genuinely happy there with Michael and the other stylists and had no intention to leave.
That being said, an opportunity to be extremely close to my house and kids’ school was one I had to take. On April 1st, I will be opening my new room at The Beauty Lounge KC!! All standing appointments from that day forward, will be located at:
