I hiked, I sweated and I cleared my thoughts. 💪🏽 🙄🥵

I needed this because I feel as a MOM, we never stop!!! We never stop doing, cleaning, cooking, worrying, caring, loving, working, helping, teaching etc.

As a SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, we never stop planning, creating, searching, meeting, learning, motivating, doing, caring, worrying, growing, changing and hustling.

I have chosen both lives and even though it drains me at the end of the day, I would not change a thing.

I chose to clear my mind often with things like this to give a opportunity for new ideas, positive thoughts and to count MY BLESSINGS.
