Announcement!
First, I would like to thank all my faithful clients for supporting my practice. I am honored to serve you all. I have quickly become as scheduled as I prefer to be and I have decided I will not be taking any more new clients at this time. Online booking is still open to all clients who have had 1 or more appointments with me. If you are a potential client, please feel free to contact me through FB, IG, email or phone and I can add you to my list of contacts to reach out to for when I open my schedule to new clients. Beginning of June through end of August I will be taking appointments Mondays and Wednesdays to enable me to spend more time with my kids home from school. Myofascial Release(MFR): a safe technique that applies gentle, sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. I begin each massage session with MFR as a way to honor the body, and bring it into a calm, pliable state before deeper work can begin. Thank you to for the fantastic photos

Some things you may have not known about cupping! I incorporate cupping into any massage with no extra charge. It makes the massage more effective and feels amazing!

When coming in for your appointment: Elmore Chiropractic will be to your left as you enter the building. You will see the smiling face of Laura or Destiny at the front desk!
