‼️At least 10% of Americans suffer chronic, handicapping pain‼️**

What if there was a non-invasive way to help this population?

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) is like a gentle nudge to your body’s natural healing system. It uses tiny electrical currents, similar to what your nerves already use, to target sore spots. This nudge can help reduce pain, inflammation, and even speed up healing from injuries.

Chronic Sinus Infection Overview

Chronic sinusitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the sinuses that lasts for 12 weeks or longer, despite treatment attempts. This condition can lead to discomfort and disrupt daily life.

Symptoms

Common symptoms include:

• Nasal congestion and discharge (thick green or yellow mucus).
• Facial pain or pressure, particularly around the eyes, nose, and forehead.
• Headache, which may worsen with bending forward.
• Postnasal drip, causing irritation in the throat.
• Decreased sense of smell or taste.
• Fatigue, bad breath, and sometimes ear pain or a sore throat.

Manual Therapy as Alternative Treatment

Manual therapy can provide non-invasive relief for chronic sinusitis symptoms by promoting sinus drainage and reducing inflammation. Common techniques include:

1. Facial Sinus Massage:
• Gentle massage around the forehead, cheeks, and nasal bridge improves mucus drainage and circulation, alleviating congestion and pressure.
2. Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT):
• Techniques such as cranial release and sphenopalatine ganglion release help restore sinus function by easing restrictions in cranial and facial structures.
3. Nasal Irrigation with Manual Assistance:
• Guided saline irrigation can clear mucus and debris, reducing symptoms like congestion and postnasal drip.
4. Acupuncture and Trigger Point Therapy:
• These approaches target pressure points to relieve headaches and sinus pressure.

These treatments are often complementary to medical interventions like nasal corticosteroids or saline irrigation. Regular sessions may improve outcomes for individuals seeking non-pharmaceutical options.

If symptoms persist, consulting a healthcare professional is essential to address underlying causes or explore additional treatment options, such as surgery for structural issues or medical management for allergies or infections.

If you are a woman and suffer from pelvic floor syndrome, you have given birth naturally and you are experiencing urinary incontinence, vaginal hernias, pain during sexual activity, you have only 2 choices: surgery or pelvic floor therapy, you should try this treatment before even thinking about surgery.
