I haven't told many people, but i've been in therapy since January. I needed to unpack and process some old hurt that I'd been pretending wasn't affecting me. I hide my pain behind activity and achievement, but by the beginning of 2024, I was very angry and emotionally stuck. It was affecting everything including my business. And that's exactly when DeNeka Dove came into my life and became my friend. She wasn't put off by my grief and she helped me open my heart again. She allowed me to heal out loud without judgment or shame.

It's not easy to forgive and especially forget the parts of life that wound us. I believe that that's the reason God sends us people who can help love us back into wholeness.
